I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to you today with a pressing matter regarding our current housing situation. Our landlord recently informed us that the property we have been residing in will be sold, and as a result, we are required to vacate the premises by December 15th, 2023. This news has left us feeling extremely anxious and uncertain about our future, particularly due to our disabilities and low-income status.
As disabled individuals with limited financial resources, we have been actively seeking affordable housing options that can accommodate our specific needs. Unfortunately, we have discovered that the county's subsidized housing programs are currently closed, and other potential housing opportunities have extensive waiting lists. We find ourselves in an incredibly challenging position, as we need to secure a pet-friendly residence as soon as possible and within our budget of no more than $550.
We understand that the demand for affordable housing is high, and resources may be limited. However, we are reaching out to you today in the hopes that you may have any information, contacts, or suggestions that could assist us in finding a suitable home in such a tight timeframe. Your expertise and knowledge in the housing market would be immensely valuable to us during this overwhelming period.

receive as many replies or inquiries as possible. The fraudster goest to great lengths to make this property
look as legitimate as possible and might include pictures, floor plans, etc. To make sure you express an
interest in the property the fraudster will ask you to wire money for a deposit, verify funds, or other
legitimate sounding reasons.
