Qualifications:
GS-05:
At least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-04 grade level in the Federal service performing duties such as:
Working with several types of office automation software (i.e., graphics, database, spreadsheets, and other word processing software) to create and edit office documents; and importing into and exporting information out of and into documents from other software systems. OR two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or master's or equivalent graduate degree; or a combination of the required experience and education for this grade level. Applicants must possess the Typing Requirement to be qualified for this position.You must be able to type at least 40 words per minute based on a five minute sample with three or fewer errors. You are self-certifying that you possess this typing requirement. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
